I will come out and brush, net, add chemicals, and balance water. price includes up to two gallons of chlorine and or chlorine tabs. extra chlorine is currently $5.00 a gallon or I will sell you a bucket of tabs at my cost. Not included are annual filter cleaning@$80 and annual chem charge of $75.00.If your pool does not have a pool sweep I will include one at no extra charge. a pool sweep is MANDATORY! Prices start at $110
Full Service Package Plus
This service includes everything at a flat rate price. for the homeowner who does not want to worry about extra charges or who has set up autopay. Prices start at $120.00. Your best value

My prices tend to be lower than the big guys, as a Sole Propreitor my overhead is lower and I can pass the savings along to you. I have competitors that charge $50 dollars or more than I do.
